When we got there Tuesday afternoon, there was no valet parking. This time you were a giant disappointment. You had valet parking, bellmen, good restaurants, etc. When the hotel first opened it was great. I have been to Choctaw Pocola Casino a few times. I have attended a concert at the facility, which was nice until the lights blazed on and some woman started screaming at people to clear the room. Have not tried the Seven Ponies restaurant yet, but do not waste your time or money on the food and drinks at Gilley's. The brunch was average with lots of desserts and zero salad or green vegetable options.
In any event, the first time we went, our drinks took a ridiculous amount of time to get and the nachos we ordered were cheap, thin chips with processed cheese and a can of chili dumped on them. The friends we were with, who are VIPS and go to the brunch each Sunday, actually said they hate it when they get her. I could not read the nametag of our waitress (younger with an auburn ponytail)during our brunch visit, but she was downright hateful. We had one blond waitress who appeared to be in her 50s who was the only one making any effort to actually earn a tip. However, the servers at Gilley's are extremely slow and indifferent. The casino itself is nice enough for the area (where I live) and the hotel is very pleasant, staff included.
