Ability to work in hot, humid and wet conditions, exposed to high heat, cold and steam is necessary. Carries out work duties based on instructions from management and the existing procedures in place. Maintains sanitary conditions by washing dishes, pots and pans, and cleaning the kitchen area to required health standards.
